SMS banking is being able to access your bank account from the comfort of your own phone. however this does make the services limited.
the advantages of sms banking is:
- Get details such as balance
- get the last three transactions
- Pay bills such as water, gas etc
The disadvantages of sms banking:
- It is limited
- It would cost to access internet
- it would take longer to load information
