There can also be improvements that could be made for the internet banking services. The improvements that can be made to the website is that the questions can be slow answer so that could be improved by an instant help repsonse.

They would also need to make the website more secure because more and more people these days are hacking information on peoples accounts.

Recently Loyds TSB have made a safe keyring where a code is sent to the keyring and the code then has to be typed into the website to access your account. If the code is typed wrong then the account will not open. However not everyone has access to the keyring based technonlogy it is only possible to have that if you have a bigger account and if you are not a student. Students tend not to be given these because they normally have a username and password to access their accounts.

Also on a normal wesite it starts Http and on a secure website for banking or email it should be Https. if this does not appear then the website is a hacker website where they can see any information you type in.
