Open access any one can abuse the trust of the blog- some people can add nasty comments which are not relavent.

It could be anyone - you can open your else up to talking to anyone such as perverts.
Attract negative views - open up contraversy for the subject of the blog.
Can encourage antisocialism and minimise social life
