The advantages and disadvantages of Online banking:
Advantages
- You do not have to queue up because you can sort out all your details over the internet
- The way in which the service can be done is quicker online because in the bank problems like the system going down can occur.
- Regular track- means you can check your account everyday
- Save paper- helps enviroment
- Business find it easier to control online accouts
Disadvantages:
- Fraud- can occur easier online than inside the bank
- If you have a problem or question that would need answering you could not get an instant anwer.
- diffucult to use- some are complex to work out.
